About Dejaun Jewelers:

Dejaun Jewelers is a family owned business since 1985. We pride ourselves with offering both Beautiful and unique styles of Fine Jewelry, as well as Fine Timepieces. Our signature customer service speaks for itself, through our wonderful repeat customers.

We are seeking an experienced Fine Jewelry & Watch Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling Fine Jewelry, and Watch Timepieces, as well as servicing Jewelry & Watch repairs in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure accuracy of case counts
• Enter and process customer orders/customer skills/POS System
• Excellent customer skills
• Answering phones
• Setting up of merchandise display cases in the morning and/or closing shift
• Cleaning of jewelry/light dusting and glass cleaning of display cases

Qualifications:

• Previous 1 to 3 years experience in Fine Jewelry & Watch sales, customer service skills
