Reading of the Names with Hospice of the Conejo

It is said that if you speak a person’s name aloud they will never be forgotten and so for the past 47 years we have celebrated this way and speak their names aloud as we remember their life and the joy they brought to our lives.  The names of Everyone that has had a rememberance star hung on Hospice of the Conejo's Tree of Life will be remembered at this ceremony.

The 2024 Ceremony will be in person at the Oaks Shopping Center-Date on December 19th in the Outdoor Patio – near food court (park in the Structure). Refreshments and Entertainment will be provided. Local dignitaries will be present to read names.   There is NO FEE for attending this ceremony.  Please register below so we know you are planning to attend.
